We compete at collegiate events around New England and beyond.
2026–27
Everyone travels together. Entering is optional, and you can skip any competition you like. The dates are also on the team calendar (Google Calendar, opens in a new tab).
Official
The team enters these together and travels together. If you are competing this year, these are the ones to plan around.
Unofficial
The team does not enter these as a team. Anyone who wants to go enters themselves, and there are usually enough of us going to travel together anyway.

How a collegiate competition works
You compete at a proficiency level rather than by year, and everyone starts at the bottom. Your first competition is against other people who also started a couple of months ago.
A competition is a whole day. Heats run from early morning until late evening, and you dance for about ninety seconds at a time, several times over.
Dues and fundraising cover the bus and part of the entry fees. Costumes get borrowed from people who already own them, so nobody buys a gown in their first year.
You will not be going alone. We travel as a team, sit together all day, and the loudest cheering goes to whoever is dancing their first heat.
